How to choose a trimmed V-belt

Trimmed V-belts are a type of triangular transmission belt that is suitable for various industrial applications. Choosing a suitable belt for cutting edges requires considering multiple factors:
Load and speed requirements - First, it is necessary to determine the required working load, operating time, and speed range to determine the required power size and length size (because higher strength layers need to be selected for longer conveying distances or larger transportation volumes).
Secondly, the cross-sectional shape and the size of the wrapping angle are selected based on the accuracy level required by the process (usually using a trapezoidal transmission method).
Consideration should also be given to the lateral runout and centrifugal force of the equipment on the workbench to ensure that the selected model has a sufficiently large width, and the center distance is properly installed and matched to avoid hunting, distortion, vibration, and other phenomena that may affect its service life. Ensure a smooth transition of the device, reduce noise and wear, effectively improve work quality, shorten parking inspection cycles, and ensure work efficiency. The above preparation work needs to be completed in order to accurately select the V-belt suitable for your factory use.
