If the bottom surface of the V-belt contacts the bottom surface of the pulley groove and causes friction, it indicates that the V-belt and pulley are not matched or worn. The V-belt or pulley should be replaced according to the specific situation.
2. During the operation of the triangular belt, it should be prevented from getting oiled. If the triangular belt gets oiled, it will slip and accelerate its wear. At this time, you can use a cotton thread or cloth dipped in gasoline to wipe off the oil stains, and then use a dry cloth to clean it.
3. The tension should be appropriate. If the triangular belt is too loose, it will slip and cannot effectively transmit power, resulting in a decrease in power; At the same time, it will generate heat through friction, resulting in high temperatures. Generally, when the belt stops working, immediately touch it with your hand. If your hand can withstand prolonged contact, it is considered normal; If the hand is hot, it indicates that the temperature is too high and should be adjusted in a timely manner. If the triangular belt is too tight, it will increase power consumption, cause excessive wear, elongation, and shorten the service life of the belt. New belts can easily grow in the first few days of use, and should be checked and adjusted frequently.
4. When working, the pulley should not swing too much. If the swing is too large, check whether the pulley disc is deformed, whether the pulley is installed correctly, whether the pulley shaft is bent, and whether the bearings are worn, and then eliminate them.
5. When disassembling and assembling a V-belt, do not install it hard. Instead, loosen the tensioning wheel first, remove the wheel disc at one end of the infinitely variable speed wheel, and then dismantle the V-belt opening. When installing a V-belt pulley, the pulleys of the same transmission circuit should be in the same plane.
6. At the same time, triangular belts and triangular belts are generally used together. If one of them is damaged and needs to be replaced, the other few should be replaced together and cannot be mixed with new and old ones.
7. If the combine harvester is not used for a long time, the triangular belt should be loosened to reduce fatigue damage. After the operation is completed, the triangular belt should be removed and stored separately in a cool and dry place. When hanging, it should be rolled as little as possible.
