6. After adjusting the tension of the triangular tape regularly, it still cannot meet the specified requirements and needs to be replaced with a new triangular tape. When replacing, all belts on the same pulley should be replaced at the same time. Otherwise, due to differences in length between the old and new, the load distribution on the V-belt is uneven, resulting in vibration and unstable transmission of the V-belt, which reduces the working speed of the V-belt transmission.
7. During use, the operating temperature of the V-belt should not exceed 60 ℃, and do not apply belt grease casually. If the surface of the V-belt emits light, it indicates that the V-belt has slipped. It is necessary to clean the dirt on the surface of the belt first, and then apply an appropriate amount of belt wax. When cleaning the V-belt, use warm water instead of cold and hot water.
8. The center distance of the large and small pulleys should be greater than the diameter of the large pulley and less than the sum of the side diameters of the large and small pulleys.
9. The speed ratio of the driving wheel to the passive wheel is 1:10 higher, and the service speed of the ordinary V-belt is 25M/S.
